The BAXT FiltaFli mask is a high-performance half-face respirator range designed for reliable respiratory protection against harmful gases, vapours, fumes, and particulates. Certified as PPE Category III and compliant with EN 405:2001+A1:2009, this series is suitable for use in demanding work environments where airborne contaminants and oxygen levels exceed 19.5%.

Available in multiple filter configurations (A1P3, A2P3, and ABEK1P3), FiltaFli respirators offer tailored protection to suit a range of applications, including spray painting, sanding, cleaning, chemical handling and general industrial tasks.

  Offers defence against organic gases and vapours (boiling point >65 °C), particulates, mists and fumes, with variants also covering inorganic gases, acid gases, ammonia, and its derivatives.

• Reusable and Durable
  Designed for repeated use until filter saturation, clogging, or physical damage occurs. Complies with the dolomite dust clogging test (D marking).

• Ready-to-Wear Design Mask
  Integrated filters mean no assembly is required. Pre-fitted with an adjustable head harness for secure and comfortable wear.

• Soft, Comfortable Fit
  Moulded facepiece with a secure seal that maintains comfort over extended use. Compatible with most safety eyewear.

• Reliable Filtration Performance
  Provides effective filtration of airborne contaminants up to:

  • A1P3: 1000 ppm or 33 × TLV (whichever is lower)

  • A2P3: 5000 ppm or 33 × TLV

  • ABEK1P3: 1000 ppm or 33 × TLV

• Simple Maintenance
  Easy to clean using mild soapy water. Filters must not be submerged or exposed to solvents. A sealed bag is recommended for hygienic storage.

• Certified Safety Compliance
  CE marked (0161) and independently tested by AITEX. Full traceability with date of manufacture and shelf life information included.
