Overview
FLEXIBLE FILM BACKING
The polyester film backing of the DX6 creates a flexible, even abrasive surface which delivers an ultra smooth finish. Film discs last upto 3 times longer than paper backed discs and can be used for wet sanding.
LONG SERVICE LIFE
The 15 hole configuration and the anti-clog coating of the DX6 ensures efficient particle removal. This achieves a high reduction in airbourne dust, less stoppage and ultimately longer product life.
CONSISTENT FINE SANDING
The DX6 product produces a fine consistent surface finish quickly and the regular grain size eliminates any rogue scratches. The range of discs are an excellent complement to the blend and polish process.
