MULTIFUNCTION APPLICATION

The S6 disc is a specialist product developed for sanding not only smooth flat surfaces but also rounded surfaces, corners and sharp edges. Its flexible design creates a smooth sanding pattern on angled surfaces and edges but reduces the risk of pressure marks.

WET AND DRY SANDING

The unique structure of the S6 disc withholds water in the disc whilst sanding, providing a clean process and resulting in less liquid being used. It is mainly used for wet sanding but can be used dry as air and water also pass freely through the product.

CONSISTENT FINISHING

The soft foam provides a consistent surface pressure on the abrasive grains regardless of any defects in the sanded surface. This prevents the abrasive cutting through the lacquer layer at sharp or rounded edges giving a superior finish.
